What is needed to rent a storage unit?
We require the following
- Full legal name
- Active Driver’s License or State ID
- Current Address
- Email Address
- Phone
Is there a Security Deposit or Clean-Up Fee?
One month’s rent is charged as the security deposit. It is refundable if the unit is vacated with 10 days written notice and the unit is left clean (completely empty and swept out).
When is rent due?
Rent is due by the 1st of the month. A $20 late fee is charged if rent is not received by the 5th of the month.
Is there a discount for long term rentals?
A 5% discount is given for a 12-month lease.
What notice is needed to end the lease?
A minimum of 10 days written notice is required when vacating. Leases end the last day of each month.
What payment types are accepted?
Payments can be made by debit or credit card or electronic ACH from the tenant portal. (Tenant portal must first be activated to accept online payments.)

Is there a minimum rental period?
No! You can rent for one month or many!
What security and safety measures are in place?
We have 24 hour recorded surveillance cameras to view all sides of each building. Ample outdoor lighting is on all buildings for your safety and convenience. We are in a highly visible area from Hwy 41/141.
DO I NEED MY OWN LOCK?
Yes. You will need to provide your own lock. Be certain your lock will fit the door latch prior to putting items in the unit.
Our 14X50 units are equipped with an overhead door opener that can be operated from your smartphone or the exterior keypad; no additional lock is needed.

What are the access hours for the storage units?
You can access your unit 24/7.

Our Green Bay office is staffed Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM.

DO I NEED INSURANCE?
You are not required to have insurance, however, Cover Rentals does not carry insurance that covers any loss incurred to the contents of the storage unit. Vehicles should be insured for your protection.
Are there restrictions on what can be stored in the unit?
You are not allowed to store perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous items, combustible items, or liquids. The storage unit cannot be used as a dwelling or to conduct business.
